How to make Cookie dough cheesecake bars.


Cookie dough and cheesecake are some of the best combos ever so creamy, yet soft, chewy and chocolatey. These are so easy to make and you can even use store-bought cookie dough if you prefer.

All you need is๐Ÿ‘‡
Cookie dough:
200g unsalted butter, softened
250g light brown sugar
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
300g plain flour
1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
150g chocolate chips

225g cream cheese
100g caster sugar
1 large egg, room temp
1 tsp vanilla extract
Tin size: 8x8”
Bake 160C (fan) 30-35 mins - or until the edges are slightly golden and the centre only wobbles very slightly. Leave it to cool fully in the tin and store in the fridge. Watch the full video.
