So guys today, I want to discuss something very important for our everyday living. It takes nothing to start practicing this. As we all know personal hygiene is One of the most effective ways we use to protect ourselves and others from illness. This includes washing your hands, especially, but also your body. It means being careful not to cough or sneeze on others, cleaning things that you touch if you are unwell, putting items such as tissues (that may have germs) into a bin, and using protection (like gloves or condoms) when you might be at risk of catching an infection. With that being said here are the things I do everyday and when I get back home, also some practices is live by. Follow this steps 1. Remove your shoes at the door when you get back home. 2.  Wash your hands  : It is very Important to wash your hands immediately you get back home. 3. Clean your phone cover and your phone.
