What to eat for breakfast on Monday: Bread, egg, and tea.

Eating light on a Monday morning will help you stay active and functional at your office. Never miss your breakfast it is a very important meal of the day. Starting from today, I will be sharing delicious and healthy meal ideas every Monday morning.

Fried egg, bread and tea.

This is a typical Nigerian breakfast that is very easy to prepare.

How to fry egg: Break about three eggs, add mixed vegetables to your egg, a pinch of salt, very little spice of your choice, stir, then add little oil to your frying pan, allow to heat before pouring the egg to fry.

How to Microwave bread: Microwave 4-5 slices of bread. Any bread can serve. Do not microwave your bread for more than 4seconds it changes the texture of the bread.

Make a sandwich by putting the eggs on the slices of bread in layers of two or three. Depending on how you like it.

Depending on the type of tea your like, you can go for:

Milk tea with chocolate or cocoa added to it.

Lemon tea with sugar.

Green tea, Oolong tea, Black tea, White tea, Earl Grey, Matcha tea, Pu-Erh Tea, Yerba mate tea with lemon, fruits and ginger. Add sugar to taste.
