Pink Vegan Pancake Recipe ( Crepes): The perfect breakfast

Tuesday, July 20, 2021

These Vegan Pink Ombre crepes are a delicious way to start the day.
VEGAN PINK OMBRE CREPES (this recipe makes 6 large crepes - 26 cm diameter).

150 g all-purpose flour
2 tbsp unrefined cane sugar
1/8 tsp salt
360 ml plant-based milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp melted coconut oil

Combine flour, salt, and sugar in a large mixing bowl. After brief whisking, add the milk, coconut oil, and vanilla extract. To combine all of the ingredients, whisk them together. Allow 5 minutes for the batter to rest. Start cooking your crepes in a nonstick pan (mine was 26 cm in diameter). After the initial crepe, add about 1/8 teaspoon pink pitaya powder to the batter, one crepe at a time until the batter is gone. If necessary, brush the pan with coconut oil after each crepe. Fill the crepes with your favourite spread or jam, then eat! Vegan Pink Ombre Pancakes: The perfect breakfast

Hello!

My name is Melody. I am tall and, according to almost everyone I meet, beautiful. Little things make me happy. I like the simple things in life. I am currently exploring Scotland, and I must say it's beautiful. I used to live in Ukraine, but I now reside in Glasgow due to leaving because of the war. I am discovering myself in this new country, working, wearing beautiful dresses, and making the most of life. Did I mention that I speak English, Igbo, and Russian? How are you doing today?
