Everything

It takes me only 15 minutes to prepare this 𝗦𝗧π—₯𝗔π—ͺπ—•π—˜π—₯π—₯𝗬 𝗧𝗔π—₯𝗧. ⁣

The crust takes about 9 minutes to make. Basically, you mix everything together and squeeze it into a tart tin. There's no need to bake!

Fill the bottom of the container with your favourite coconut yoghurt in under a minute. If you like, you can use pre-sweetened yoghurt.

Cut and adorn your pastry with strawberries in 5 minutes.

And take an extra 30 seconds to add fresh basil (or lemon/lime zest) as a garnish.

Everyone's definition of happiness is different. Maybe it's being at ease with who you are for yourself. Regardless of your notion of ultimate happiness, you can live a happier, more fulfilling life. A few changes to your daily routine will help you get there.

Habits are important. If you've ever tried to break a terrible habit, you know how difficult it can be. One good habit to have is to go for regular dental checkups to stay on top of your dental health. We recommend visiting this Dentist in fort Lauderdale.

Good behaviours, too, are profoundly ingrained. Why not make positive habits a part of your daily routine?

If any of these behaviours add to your stress or don't match your lifestyle, get rid of them. With a little time and effort, you'll be able to find out what works and what doesn't.

Smile

When you're happy, you're more likely to smile. It is, however, a two-way street.

We smile because we're happy, and smiling triggers the release of dopamine in the brain, which makes us feel better.

That doesn't mean you have to plaster a phoney smile on your face all of the time. However, the next time you're feeling down, try smiling and see what happens. Alternatively, try smiling at yourself in the mirror first thing in the morning.

Grudges should be forgiven.

Saying it is much easier than doing it.. However, you are not obligated to do so for the other person.

Offering forgiveness or letting go of a grudge might sometimes be more about self-care than compassion for others.

Examine your interpersonal interactions. Do you have any negative feelings or animosity toward someone? If that's the case, try reaching out to them to bury the hatchet.

It isn't necessary for this to be a reconciliation. It's possible that you simply need to end the connection and move on.

If talking to someone isn't an option, try writing a letter to express your feelings. You are not required to send it to them. It might be liberating just to get your feelings out of your head and into the world.

I am a product of God's mercy and healing power. Grace has carried me throughout my life. God loves me so deeply that I can't tell it all. My heart is overflowing with gratitude, and all I can say is thank you, Jesus. My health has been in shambles for a while, and I told God that you'll be with me whatever happens. There were fear and unpleasant thoughts, but God was with me through it all.

I believe I needed to rest and comprehend a lot of what was going on around me because God continued offering me reasons to trust him. I had to learn to relax and take things easy.  This illness taught me, patience, endurance, and true profound love, as well as the fact that God is real. God has been executing a million amazing miracles since my birthday this year. My heart is overflowing with gratitude, and all I want to do is keep worshipping him. This breath in my lungs is something I don't take for granted since there have been days when I feared for my life, days when I wondered what would happen if you fell asleep and didn't wake up. There was a day I hallucinated throughout the night due to the side effect of the drugs I took and couldn't sleep until morning.

If you're reading this and you're hoping for a miracle, keep your trust in God strong and never give up because God is real. Words fail me when it comes to expressing my feelings. I owe a great debt of gratitude to my parents for teaching me how to pray and for instilling in me the importance of putting God first above all else. God set me free, healed my body and saved my life. I am already loved by God and that is enough for me.

On July 8, 2021, I will receive my Master's Degree in Business Administration and also attend the graduation ceremony. God has a lot in store for me. If there's anything else I'd like to add, it's that God exists and that he hears and responds to prayers.

It is the Million big miracles for me.
