This is to create awareness of the impact of stress on our health. During this thirty-day period, professional health care workers and experts theme up to create awareness about both the causes, cures, and how stress can be managed.

How to cope with stress.
*Always take care of yourself. 
*Eat healthy diets.
*Exercise.
*Drink plenty of water.
*Sleep well.
*Take breaks in between work hours.
*Talk to mentally stable people.
*Avoid coffee drugs and alcohol.
