2 large eggs, room temp
60ml vegetable oil
120ml whole milk, room temp
1 tsp vanilla extract
225g self-raising flour
25g cocoa powder
200g caster sugar
30g each of white, milk & dark chocolate chips + extra to sprinkle on top
