How to Overcome Fear of Failure

Being successful is based on your ability to overcome fear. The fear of failing can be immobilizing, it pulls you backward, denying you the right to being successful.

Failure is a part of life. You must fall a million and one times before you can stand. Your ability to stand back on your feet after so many breakdowns confirms you a winner.

How do you overcome the fear of failure?

This is an answer yet to be understood by many. Here are different ways of overcoming fear.

You cannot overcome failure by being afraid of it.
When the fear of failure starts developing, you become an expert in excuse-making. And note these excuses are limiters, they limit you from maximizing your full potentials. They stop you from correcting your mistakes which deprives you of success. So, therefore, for you to be able to overcome the fear of failure, quit being full of excuses.

You have to change the way you see things, say things, and do things.
Always be positive, push negative thoughts away from you. Let me let you in on this, your challenges are not the worst. Some people have gone through the worst situations, faced, and defeated toxic times. Nelson Mandela, Hillary Clinton, Barrack Obama, Tiger Wood, Tyler Swift, etc are now known for their success and their failures which are now history. They never gave up on success and it sure did find them.

Do you want to spend your time being afraid of failure, or spend your time working on how to be successful? It is up to you. Your mental health is a great asset. We care about you. 1. This is such an important post. It is so easy to be bogged down by the fear of failure that we stop trying entirely! It's good to keep things in perspective.

  2. Yes to this post, friend! This is a toughie for everyone, I think. We all have our moments of being fearful of messing up - but you are spot on, we just have to keep going and trust the process. We will always succeed if we keep trying instead of letting the fear paralyze us.

  3. Hi

Reoccurring fear comes from past experience. Are you having the same or similar thoughts? This will create the same experience of fear. Unless there is a tiger chasing you, you are not in danger. Fear is psychological, it is in the mind. For example, you may feel anxious when you think of a future thought, or you may feel unhappy when you think a past thought. None of these are true because we only have one moment that exits in reality and that's the present moment. The way to overcome this and its a practice you must keep applying to get results, is to accept the feeling. Its in the resistance that causes the suffering. Sit with it, allow it to be, name it without judgement, and it will pass through your body. You are safe (unless something is going to take your life) this practice teaches you to come out of your mind and into your body. Its past conditioning and experience that keeps you stuck there. For further advise please feel free to message me.

    I hope this helps

    Thankyou
