6 WRONG HABITS SINGLE MEN AND WOMEN DO ON VALENTINE'S DAY.

Valentine's day is around the corner. If you are single and do not have a partner to celebrate valentine's day with, it is very normal, nothing is wrong, you are doing just fine.
To some Valentine's day means a lot while to others it is just like every other day. This is a brief article on what some single ladies and men do wrongly on Valentine's month.

1. Answer every call and reply to every chat in the month of February.

Most single people tend to pay attention to almost everybody that texts or calls in the month of February hoping to be someone's valentine. They reply to everyone, act cool and nice just, so they can be asked out on a date.

2. You buy a gift for yourself, post it on social media, and lie that someone got you a gift
You really have time for shit and nonsense honestly. Image result for liar gif

3. Stop the whole Snapchat and Instagram post of  I am single, I don't have a valentine and I don't care.
Well, if you don't care then we also don't care to know, keep it to yourself, stop the cheap publicity.

4. Stop feeling lonely, you aren't lonely you have God and yourself.Image result for crying gif
I understand that some people get very emotional over things like this, but common there is more to life than a day attributed to being lovers day. Well, if staying home will make you feel lonely go out with friends and family. Have fun; to feel loved, you don't need to kiss, hug, intimate acts, or dine out. Be content. If you're single, remember that Valentine's Day is just like any other day and that any special or informal activity you enjoy doing may be done alone or with friends and family on this day.

5. Go out and have intimate relations with a complete stranger.Related image
Well, this is very crazy, some single ladies and men go out to the club, get drunk and just end in anyone's bed all because they want to have Valentine's day memory and not feel lonely.

6. Stop being unnecessarily nice on the second week of February

  3. Completely agree with you on these. They will only end up harming one's well being if you fall into these. Just enjoy the day, it shouldn't be focused on having a significant other, just treat yourself, treat a friend, but just enjoy the day!! x

  5. Such a fun and funny post! You're right, some people complain about not having a Valentine too much. If it is meant to be, it will happen...and a lot of couples get too stressed on Vday. It is just a day like any other.

  7. What a great outlook. It's true that you will not die if you do not have a valentine. It's an overrated retail driven day at best IMHO.

  10. Wow! I had no idea people did these things because they're feeling alone or depressed on Valentine's Day :( I think it's a great day to celebrate with somebody you love - parents, siblings, friends, your fur babies or how about treating yourself to something (and not claiming somebody gave it to you)? Thanks so much for sharing this - I love the GIF/memes you used to illustrate!

  14. Oh my word, Melody! I am cracking up. I always thought Valentine’s Day was kind of silly and can bring out the worst in people. Love yourself and all other things will fall into place! Thanks for linking up.

  15. To me, that’s pretty easy. Buy red roses. (Too pricey. How about a succulent? aloe vera has nice symbolism and an exquisite shape.) This year, go out to a fancy restaurant for dinner. (Line cooks have the highest mortality rate from Covid 19, and, even if you think the pandemic fear is way overblown, it’s still kinda crazy to me to stay inside anywhere except home for more than 15 minutes. Especially eating and drinking.) Finally, expect too much of your significant other.

If I were in a relationship, sure, I’d make a special dinner and wear a lot of pink and red and Netflix and chill. Maybe put a little note somewhere.

Nothing against the greeting card industry, or Hallmark, but I’m uninterested in over-hyped holidays. Mother’s Day and the Fourth of July really bug me now. Bad older Baby Boomer behavior gutted the meaning of both!

Who’s got a good mother, really? And land of the free? Uh, not my personal experience.

  17. Avoid These Things:

    Send Ex Text Message.

    Feeling Alone

    Do not get drunk

    Do not have bad breath

    Purchase oversize clothes

Try to avoid mentioned above things

  18. Expecting that their partners should do something romantic for them (if someone loves you then they show it 365 days a year not just one).

Not considering how their partner may feel about the day (Some people have had bad experiences on valentine's day and don't wish to be reminded of it and some may have grown up not ever celebrating it at all so you should discuss celebrating this day with your partner and make a decision together).

Thinking they need to be in a relationship on this day to celebrate it (If you're not in a relationship it doesn't mean you can't celebrate valentine's day if you want to. You can celebrate with your family or even close friends. Doesn't only have to be romantic love).

  19. One of the worst things you can do is to focus on yourself. It should all be about your sweetheart and the two of you as a couple.
