These gingerbread houses are amazing. I'm really into viewing decorated cakes, as my daughters have been experimenting with this for some time. Nel just made a homemade spice cake, and the decorating was not elaborate, but simple and elegant. I haven't made a gingerbread house in a long time. What fun it would be to do that with the kids.
