The Met Gala 2021's Best Jewelry Moments

The stars sparkled on fashion's greatest night. The Met Gala's red carpet in 2021 was strewn with megawatt diamond and precious stone jewellery. From Rihanna's enormous Bulgari choker to Ciara's borrowed Super Bowl ring from husband Russell Wilson, this year's guests were dazzled by more than flashing cameras. We've compiled a list of some of our most memorable jewellery moments.

Sivan accessorized his Altu by Joseph Altuzarra ensemble with a Cartier Essential Lines platinum and diamond necklace and an 18K yellow gold and diamond Cartier love ring.


Ciara in Russell Wilson’s Super Bowl Ring

Although Ciara's husband, Seattle Seahawks star Russell Wilson, was not present on the Met Gala red carpet this year, his presence was felt very strongly through the quarterback's Super Bowl XLVIII ring, which was elegantly piled with Hoorsenbuhs rings. Additionally, fine jeweller Repossi contributed several extra carats.

Normani’s Lorraine Schwartz Pendant

Normani teamed her mustard yellow Valentino gown with Lorraine Schwartz's pear pendant necklace and two rings, one featuring a white and blue diamond blossom and the other with a blue marquise diamond surrounded by tiny white diamonds. This beautiful costume was a change from the singer's typical wild side, as seen in her most recent song video, which we like!
