The simplest method for making homemade beer bread.

Ingredients for making Beer bread.

3 cups flour that has sifted.

Sifting flour is a requirement while making bread. The majority of people just scoop 1 cup of flour into the flour canister and level it off. As a result, the flour compacts and your bread becomes a hard biscuit.

If using Self-Rising Flour, subtract 3 tablespoons baking powder.

If using Self-Rising Flour, subtract 1 teaspoon salt.

Sugar (14 cups).

(12 oz.) canned beer.

(1/4 cup) melted butter.

How to make Beer bread

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Combine the dry ingredients and the beer in a mixing bowl. Then pour into a loaf pan greased with butter. Pour the melted butter over the top of the mixture and Bake for 1 hour, then remove from pan and allow to cool for at least 15 minutes before serving.
