It means setting boundaries around what you do for others when your own healing and progress is being stunted. It means not letting the behaviour of others impact you negatively. Is this easier said than done? Absolutely, but it’s important to recognize how different people affect you, so you can make the decision to create and maintain the necessary boundaries to protect your mental health or let them go.

INTRODUCING DR EMMANUEL OGBU




 I have never really considered myself a creative writer but i jumped into the opportunity given to me by MJ (Melody Jacobs), something i have never done before but yea, let's see how it goes.
So i plan to write on matters arising around me, things that everyone can relate to, read and air their views. I will write as often as i can, despite my tight school schedule.
The biggest then would be, what will i write about? Hmm, my question for now is what's your take on this Ukraine and Russian crises? What steps would you advise anyone to take at the moment? What are your parents saying? What is the future of your education if you study in Ukraine? What will you like to happen at the of it all?
