Vitamin C is a dermatologist-recommended component with scientific backing that may help decrease the onset of early skin aging, prevent UV damage, and improve the appearance of wrinkles, dark spots, and acne. Vitamin C is an antioxidant, which means that it combats damaging free radicals (toxins) that come into contact with your skin from external sources such as air pollution or from within the body as a result of regular metabolic processes. Free radicals can cause damage to the skin, and topical vitamin C can help battle free radicals and enhance the overall appearance of the skin.

Pillowcase weekly hygiene
Do you want to have flawless facial skin and glow? then you need to keep in mind that your beddings should be a very big part of your skincare routine. You buy the good products, spend lots of money and lay your head on a dirty pillowcase, well you aren't getting anywhere with that, which brings us to the big question could your pillowcase be a contributing reason to your acne?

Perhaps you picked at a pimple, underwent surgery, or scraped your knee. Now you're left with a scar–an unsightly reminder of the skin injury–and you wish it would fade away soon.
Therefore, let us examine how a scar forms. Then it will be clear how to minimize the appearance of a scar.
What Causes the Formation of a Scar?
When your skin is injured, your body heals in four distinct phases:
Hemostasis is the process of forming a blood clot in order to halt the flow of blood.
Inflammation develops as a result of the body producing chemical signals at the site and the area's blood vessels dilate. This brings nutrients and inflammatory cells into the wound to aid in healing.
New blood vessels develop during the proliferation phase to replace injured ones. This is referred to as angiogenesis.
This brings nutrients and inflammatory cells into the wound to aid in healing.
Fibroblasts migrate to the wound site and secrete collagen, the proteins that give the growing scar tissue its shape (initially called granulation tissue). Collagen accumulation generally peaks three weeks into wound healing. Additionally,
The ultimate process is remodelling (or maturation). During this time period, granulation tissue develops into scars. Changes in the wound region allow the collagen fibres to lay closer together, resulting in a thinner scar. The scar's strength reaches its greatest level at the conclusion of this collagen organization process, which takes about six months. When the amount of collagen in the skin is insufficient, the remodelling process may result in a concave, or pitted, scar. If there is an excessive amount of collagen, a raised scar may result. The scar may take up to two years to mature completely. This is frequently measured by the degree of redness resolution in the scar tissue.

I decided to change my body cream in summer and I am loving the feeling. The body cream I use in winter was a bit heavy for my skin in summer so I switched to Mixa intensive care dry skin. Tho on this cream it is written Rich body milk, intense nourishment, dry and very skin but it suits the weather perfectly. I wanted a cream that won't make my skin or so oily. It suits my skin in summer but in winter it will be too dry for my skin. The effect lasts for 24hrs as it nourishes your skin intensively to prevent dryness.

Routine: I wash my face with a mild baby soap or face wash. I allow my face to dry with natural air, and after drying, I apply the Ziaja moisturizing cream and cocoa buttercream. Massage the cream in a delicate way.
Ziaja Light formula cream with Cocoa Butter and Vitamin E (I recommend for dry skin). This happens to be my favorite product from the brand. This face cream is very useful, and this brand has different products that I use. I might not be able to review or share them on my platform, but you can find them online and at any cosmetic store near you. Cocoa butter is generally good for the skin as it nourishes it because it contains antioxidants. It provides the skin with beneficial nourishing elements that keep the skin moist and bright all day.
Revitalization: After the night wash, I apply it to my skin, and in the morning, my skin looks healthier and smoother. There is a general improvement in the appearance of my skin. It reduces skin irritation but does not exactly remove spots. If you have spots, they start looking faded after long use of this face cream. This product is also said to help prolong a natural tan.
Key Ingredients: Olive Oil, Shea Butter.
Apply a small amount of cream and smooth it over with a delicate patting motion. It is recommended as a makeup base.
I have been able to stick to my night and morning routine, though sometimes I get really lazy, and I am sure you all can relate.
Note: Please recommend any spot-removing product. Drop the purchase link or product name below.
