According to WHO, Europe is getting ahead of itself in terms of limitation loosening, particularly in view of the concerning new COVID strain, BA.2. The warning, however, does not appear to have deterred many countries from proceeding with their reopening.

Here are the major ones you should be aware of.

Almost every COVID restriction, including entry, is being relaxed in Singapore.
South Africa is lowering entry requirements and providing tourists with vaccines.
Costa Rica will discontinue its vaccine passport requirements on April 1st.
By the end of April, Italy will be free of masks.
New Zealand is deconstructing and removing required masks.
