Having positive mental health allows you to effectively deal with the daily stressors of life, communicate well with others, make healthy decisions and live life to its fullest. But sometimes, struggles with mental illnesses and addiction can make it seem like achieving a healthy mental state is impossible.




Bad habits are negative behaviors people carry out, it could be irritating, annoying, and much more.
  1. Picking of nose
  2. Smoking
  3. Chewing With mouth open
  4. Belching
  5. Snoring
  6. Pathetic liar 
  7. Sitting on public toilets
  8. Talking with a mouth full
  9. Asking stupid questions
  10. pushing the past
  11. Spitting in public
  12. Gossips (not much, kinda love when being talked about)
  13. Always pressing phone (eg .. in class)
  14. Sneezing  and Coughing without covering up
  15. Bullies 
  16. People that want things to be always done their own way
  17. False accusation
  18. People that say what they don't mean
  19. Proud people
  20. Clearing your throat constantly 
  21. Scratching of butt constantly
  22. Taking forever to get to a point of conversion 
  23. Body odor 
  24. Nail-biting
  25. Profanity.
  26. Smelling mouth.
  27. People who care freely eat anything anywhere. 
  28. Gambling.
  29. Someone who sleeps around (prostitution, careless lady or guy)
  30. Bad color combination (yea its a mistake but some people do it always)
  31. Rude (I won't even give you the opportunity to come close to me)
  32. People who attend almost, if not all the parties (come on you don't have to be seen everywhere)
  33. Haters (so irrelevant in my life)
  34. Those who allow themselves to be controlled and does who control them
  35. Public romance
  36. Showing what you are not (wanna be.. like why??)
  37. People who talk back at their parents 
  38. Not washing your hands after using the toilet
  39. Farting publicly (like this is very annoying, i was in class and this happened, believe me, i was so annoyed) 
  40. Fake friends (now this is very common, most people especially females have friends they compete with, not in education but in what they wear, kind of boyfriends they have, they will never tell their friend the truth. for example, if she looks bad they still say things like this "GO GIRL"  "GIRL THIS IS WOW" and if you ask them, you get replies like "THAT'S WHAT SHE WANTS TO WEAR" come on people....and reasons are that they want to look better than their friend.

Now don't get me wrong, no one is perfect, we learn everyday, but some people tend to do some of these habits often, sometimes i get so irritated at some habits that i cant eat for almost a day. some of these Habits are done subconsciously while others are done consciously, but that doesn't justify the fact that it's wrong. i cant just stand some habits, i won't be specific, but if you are doing any of these habits please stop, because you are inconveniencing and pushing someone away from you one way or the other.
